The call quality is not even good and the way he talks doesn't seem so professional. He only demands payment over phone! I asked him if there is way i can send him check, he kepts saying no. It doesn't have any names of person who is writing me, no signature nothing. The mails he has send me has AMEX letter head but it has PO box adress from Paramus,NJ. So it seems like the call is coming from other country. This one specific guy who calls me claims to be employee of AMEXand but he has accent more like Indian. From past year out of no where 'American express global collection' has been contacting me to collect this debt.įirst, they used to call, now sending me settement offers in mail.
